M. Gene Pugh, 63, passed away Dec. 9, 2010 at Sentara Heart Hospital surrounded by those who loved him deeply.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Suzanne; daughter Julie; son Brandon; daughter-in-law Anne and his three cherished grandchildren, Ethan, Ryan & Haley.

A memorial service and reception will be held Sunday Dec 19 2:00pm at Emmanuel Episcopal Church 5181 Princess Anne Road Va. Bch., VA 23462. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Emmanuel Episcopal Inreach Commission at the address above.

I was so shocked to hear from Aunt Dot that we lost both the same day. I always enjoyed spending time with the both of you at the family reunions. I worked with Gene at Walmart and I wanted you to know, he will be missed.I lost my mother-in-law on Sep. 19th.We had taken care of her for 5 years. It makes the holidays very hard for us, but we must rejoice that our savior was born, so that we could have everlasting life. It is so true that they are in a better place and we are the ones suffering because we miss them.God's Blessings and peace to you
