Continue ReadingPercy K. Scott passed away September 29, 2022 in Chesapeake, VA. Percy, known as “Buddy” was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Richard and Josephine Scott on February 3, 1945. He was a graduate of Maury High School.
He married Nancy Schafer on December 9th, 1968 in Norfolk, VA. He worked for Pride Industries for over twenty years and served in the United States Air Force for a time.
In addition to being predeceased by his parents, Buddy was predeceased by his wife Nancy and sons; Gary Inskeep and Mike Scott. Buddy is survived by his son, Rick Inskeep and daughter Pamela Taylor, five-grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and many dear friends.
A memorial service will be held for Buddy at a date and time to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
