She was the daughter of the late James and Gertrude Speight born on November 14, 1936. She was predeceased by her husband, Bill, her son, Kenny, her brothers Milton, Raymond and James Speight, and her sister DeeDee Fischl.
Frances had an infectious smile that would light up any room she walked in. She was a bookkeeper and loved working with numbers, it was a passion of hers. She loved telling jokes and being funny. Frances loved her grandchildren and spending time with them. She also had a passion for the holidays and getting together with the family, Christmas was her favorite.
She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Peters (Pete) and Cheryl Saher (Wes), brother, William Speight and sister Marguerite Sell. Her grandchildren, who were the light of her life and loved immensely, Cassie Byrn (Jimmy) and Mandy Peters, Marley, Shae and Garrett Downes. Several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
