Victoria Montiel, 77, passed away August 24, 2021 in Newport News. She is predeceased by her husband, Guadalupe Montiel. Victoria is survived by her children, Louann Olsen, Angelina Winter, Gabino Montiel, and Tomasa Montiel-McKinnon; her grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many other loved ones.
