William S. Goad was born on June 27, 1949 in Farmville, VA and entered into rest on September 1, 2021 in Hampton, VA. He is proceeded in death by his mother, Adell Goad; sisters, Flora Poole and Doris Shelton; and brothers, Carson Goad and David Goad.
William is survived by his wife, Sandra Goad; daughters, Christy Lee Goad Clayton (Randy), Kelley MacArthur (Bill), Kim Schiavone (Joe), and Tiffany Callis (David Mazza); sisters, Elsie Dalton and Clara Mayton; brothers, Johnny Goad and Tex Goad; nephew, Michael Thompson (Connie); niece, Sandy Cullaro; great niece, Tara Cullaro; grandchildren, Ryan MacArthur (Ceilidh), Tyler MacArthur (Cynthia), Ryan Clayton (Olivia), Ranley Clayton, Chase Clayton, Seth Campbell (Madison), Anthony Schiavone, Autumn Schiavone ( Enrique Molina), Kian Callis, Ian MacArthur, and Allie Callis; great grandchildren, Daniel Crick, Mia Clayton, August Campbell and Gabrielle Molina; and special friend, John Cox.
A Celebration of William’s Life will be held on September 4, 2021 at Coastal Community Church in Yorktown, Virginia. A visitation will be at 10:00 am with a service at 11:00 am.
