Charles Sloan Hallowell, 82, passed away September 21, 2021. Cremation Society of Virginia-Newport News assisted the family with arrangements.

Chuck was my cousin. We called him Chuckie when he was little. His father was my Uncle Cliff, my mother's brother. He was a great kid. He grew unto a great adult. He was so helpful to my mother. I cannot believe that he has passed.
