James is survived by his four children, James Michael (Mary Kay), Victoria (John), Robert Bruce, Kelly (Barry); twelve grandchildren, Bo (Dawn), Jamie (Dylan), Ryan (Christine), Lacey (David), Katie (Ted), Erica, Haley, Samantha (Cameron), John Jr., Bobby (Grace), Rachel, and James II; and fifteen great-grandchildren, Kasey, Emily, Megan, Kya, Caleb, Marlee, Nathan, Riley, Graham, Trey, Aspen, Cali, Cameron, Olivia, and Elliot.
The family will have a private service and then receive friends in the home, 1653 Coyote Avenue Norfolk, VA 23518, on Sunday October 24, 2021 from 2-5 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests you make donations, in his name, to the American Legion, Tidewater Post 327. Donations can be made in person or by mail to 705 Lesner Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23518.
