Barbara McGinnis Worley, life long resident of Williamsburg, Virginia, died on November 17 2021 at Sentara Norfolk Heart Hospital.

She was married to John “Jack” Worley not only once but twice.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Donald “Keith” and Jessie McGinnis.

She leaves three children Shannon of Gloucester VA, John and wife Anna of Brandywine MD, and Brian and wife Victoria of Nathalie VA. She left seven grandchildren Savannah, Sadie, John III, Dustin, Levi, Kayden and Kolby.  She was always very proud of her family.

She worked at United Virginia Bank as a teller, then joined Mary Kay in May 1989 to be a stay at home mom.  She had a passion for volunteering where she joined the VFW Auxiliary 8046 in May 2003 , and later the Williamsburg Moose 757 in July 2004.

The family will be having a Celebration of her Life on December 27th at 1 pm at the Williamsburg Moose Lodge 5429 Richmond Road Williamsburg, VA 23188.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donation to be made to the VFW 8046 Auxiliary.

Cremation Society of Virginia-Newport News assisted the family with arrangements.
