Our beloved Roxann Hogue passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 67. She was a loyal, loving, and caring person who was always there when anyone needed her. Family was always first, but she had many close friends who she considered family, and was a well-loved member of the church. She is deeply loved and we all carry her spirit in our hearts.

She was predeceased by Hazel and Roy Taylor, and is survived by her children Mallary and David Hogue, and brother Steve Taylor.

A memorial service will be held on August 13, 2022 at 2: 30 pm Bayside Christian Church 2224 Greenwell Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23455

So very sorry to hear of my cousins passing. She was a very beautiful person and I have many wonderful memories growing up with her. My family is deeply saddened to hear of her moving on to heaven. She always called my parents and they so looked forward to hearing from her. She will be missed but always remembered until we meet again.

So sorry to hear of Roxanne's passing. We grew up together going to the same school and church. Roxanne and the Taylors lived 3 houses down and across the street from us on Delmar Drive. My Mom and 2 siblings still live in the house and another brother lives across the street from the church. My sincere condolences to Steve, her children and all those who knew her as I did. She was a wonderful person and a good friend

Always the best memories of Roxy taking us kids to the beach in her little car,playing Radar Love by Golden Earring on her radio. ❤ Will miss her smile,but will always be in my heart!

I am so sorry to hear about your loss! Even though I unfortunately haven’t been in contact with my cousin Roxanne, I have very fond memories of the summer time stays where she was pretty much stuck toting me along with her. As the younger one, I loved being with the “big kids” that were old enough to drive and hang out with friends at the beach. She never complained about having to take me everywhere with her. She was always so kind to me.
