It is with deep sadness that my sister, Dianna O. Boden, born September 17, 1950, passed away early Thursday morning, 26 January 2023 at the age of 72. As she wanted, she died peacefully in her home with her family and caretaker Betty Hale with her. She had spent the last few days surrounded by the love of all of us and mostly her sincere friend and sister-in-law Christine Williams. Dianna is predeceased in death by her husband, Bruce Boden, her son, Brian Boden, her mother Disa Williams along with her brother in Iceland, Eyvi. Dianna is survived by her father Myral (Willie) Williams, her children, Chris Seay and Lisa Boden and their children and grandchildren and great grandchildren, her surviving siblings include Andy Williams, Siggi Williams (Christine), Duna Williams (Charles) and Donna Mortensen (Dave) along with many nieces and nephews along with her sister and brother in Iceland. Dianna returned to her childhood hometown of Hampton Virginia a few years ago to be around her hometown family and friends. She had many health struggles, but she was always so creative like her mother, of course me and my younger sister, Donna, did not have their creative skills. Even as ill as she was, she was always able to produce so many beautiful crafts such as wreaths, bows, wash cloths and other things. Dianna will always be remembered for a lot of things, but she always loved her butterflies and chickens in her kitchen and her family near and wide. She is now flying around like a butterfly with all of those that have went before her…..take care of us all Dianna and all of those that you now surround because you are a survior ….R I P our dear sister, you have always been a wonderful and good big sister to us and we will always love you !!
