Douglas is survived his wife Winnie Wallace Bobbio; his daughter Teresa Bobbio (Terry Hegwood); his son Jeff Bobbio (Darlene Bobbio); grandchildren Rachel Moore (Tony Moore), Byron Smith, Lee Bobbio (Jen) and great grandchildren Anthony, Daniella and Gabriel Moore and Jason and Wesley Bobbio.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. at Battery Park Christian Church 4201 Brook Rd, Richmond, VA 23227 on February 19, 2023. Please visit www.vacremationsociety.com to share memories and offer condolences.
