He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard E. Jeffreys Sr. and Margaret R Jeffreys, brother, Richard E. Jeffreys Jr., and sister, Karen R. Jeffreys.
Many family members are left behind to cherish his memory including his brother, Michael S. Jeffreys and his niece, Amanda C. Jeffreys who helped him and cared for him deeply. Mark’s love of life took him on many adventures, but he enjoyed carpentry, camping, fishing and drinking Budweiser. He never missed a good bonfire!
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help with arrangements to the Jeffreys family in care of Amanda Jeffreys at 2409 Artic Ave. #201 Va. Beach, VA 23451 or make a donation in his name to your favorite charity.
Memorial services will be at a later date to be determined.
