Frank David Crisp, SSG Medical NCO – US Army, age 76, sadly left us on December 11, 2022 at Riverside Medical Center in Newport News Virginia. He was born in Gastonia NC, lived in the Newport News area for the past 20 years and will be remembered by many as either Dave or Oz. He was a man who lived in 2 worlds, this one and the one he discovered through his love of books.
He was a Medical Specialist and awarded many expert level achievement medals during his years of service. He was proud to travel the world while serving our country and shared his adventures over the years with family and friends. He gave his heart to Jesus and made sure to share his love of the gospel with his daughters. Thessalonians 5:16-18

Left to cherish his memories, daughters, Monica Nolen of Dallas, NC and Karen Stensgard of Woodbury, MN; Son in Law, Brad Stensgard, Grandchildren; Jeremy Nolen, Hannah Nolen, Tanner Stensgard and Reegan Stensgard, Step Grandchildren; Shelby Stensgard, Joshua Stensgard and Hayley Stensgard. He is preceded in death by his father, Floyd Oscar Crisp his mother, Anna Lou Ritch Crisp and his brothers; Harold Crisp and Kenneth Crisp.
