Continue ReadingLinda Jarman, 80, passed away on June 10, 2024. She was born on December 20, 1943 in Norfolk, VA to the late Carlton and June Lawrence. Also preceding her in death were her husband of 61 years, Bobby Jarman, and her brother, Gary Lawrence.
Linda was a member of London Bridge Baptist Church. For many years she worked for Ecolochem, Inc. as a switchboard operator and receptionist. Linda loved her family and was a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother. She never missed any of her grandkids’ sporting events and played a huge role in their lives.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Bobby Jarman, Jr. (Debbie) and Nathan Jarman; grandchildren: Ashley Walker (Zachary), Thomas Jarman (Jordan), Natalie Jarman, Lexy Jarman, and Celeste Green (Darryl); great-grandchildren: Laney Walker, Odin Walker, Maci Jarman, Da’Jour Green, and Da’Kari Green; brothers, Richard Lawrence (Carole) and Sammy Lawrence (Linda); sister-in-law, Bobbi Lawrence; and many extended relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024 at London Bridge Baptist Church.
