Carol Violet, 89, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024 in Chesapeake, Virginia. Carol was born on November 26, 1934 to Edmond and Mary Lee in West Virginia. She was a 1952 graduate of John Marshall High School in Richmond, Virginia.

Carol met her future husband, Thomas Violet, on a blind date. That union brought forth three children. Carol enjoyed sewing, working in the yard, and watching golf, which her son, Tom, started her on.

In addition to her parents, Carol was predeceased by her husband, Thomas, and her son, Thomas, Jr. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Cynthia Bell and Mary Mondo (John); grandson, Evan Nash (Caitlyn); and great-grandson, Lincoln Nash.

Services are being planned and will be held at a later date.
