John Joseph Knight, born March 10, 1961, in Chicago, Illinois, passed away on March 31, 2025, in Hampton, Virginia, at the age of 64.

John dedicated a significant portion of his life to serving his country as a member of the U.S. Army, where he demonstrated unwavering commitment and loyalty. Following his military service, he applied his strong work ethic and skills as a flooring installer, contributing to the community through his craftsmanship.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Deloris Irene Knight and Robert Lewis Knight. John leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory: his sister, Christina Knight; his brothers, Robert Lee Knight, Daniel James Knight, and Donald Randolph Knight; and his sister, Jean Marie Roberge.

John will be remembered for his dedication to his work and his steadfast presence in the lives of those who knew him. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
