Paul dedicated his professional life to serving as an I.T. Branch Chief for the U.S. Federal Government, where he was known for his leadership, dedication, and innovative spirit. His colleagues often remarked on his ability to inspire others and his unwavering commitment to excellence.
Outside of work, Paul was a passionate fan of the Washington Redskins, proudly cheering them on every season. He cherished time with his family, finding immense joy and fulfillment in their company. The ocean was a place of peace for Paul, where he spent countless hours reflecting and enjoying nature’s beauty.
His outgoing and friendly nature made him a beloved figure in any gathering. Paul had a gift for entertaining and could light up a room with his presence. In his younger years, he was part of a band, and his love for singing remained with him throughout his life, bringing happiness to those around him.
Paul was preceded in death by his loving parents, Barbara and Paul Frazier Sr. He is survived by his beloved wife, Leslie Frazier, who was his steadfast partner and best friend. His legacy lives on through his sons, Paul Frazier III, Roy Lee Johnson, Brian A Johnson, and Justin M Abrell, who were his pride and joy. Paul is also survived by his brothers, Derrick, Marlon, Kevin, and Damon (Traci) Frazier, and his sister, Nicole Page (Woody), along with a large extended family and a multitude of friends.
Paul Arthur Frazier Jr. will be remembered for his warmth, his laughter, and his unwavering love for those around him. His life was a celebration of connection, joy, and the simple pleasures that make life beautiful. Though he will be deeply missed, his spirit will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him.

My earliest memory of you was visiting with my papa and I remember you having small birds and I was obsessed with birds at that time and I begged my mom for one after seeing yours. Anytime you saw me you’d say “you’re so pretty like Alicia Keys” and grandma would always say “Paul Jr loved him so jasmyn”. I hope you’re at peace and please hug grandma for me ❤️ I never got to hear you sing, but I hope you’re singing happily again with the biggest smile on your face!

Paul Jr., it’s taken me so long to leave a condolence message because I was speechless. I’ve finally found the words that I need to say to you. My fondest memory is when I was a little girl. You would take me and Damon to Kettering Park to go fishing in the pond. I would catch the fish using my butterfly net then later, use the same net to catch the butterflies. You loved to sing. You had a beautiful voice, very powerful. I remember seeing pictures of you and Derrick singing on stage at your high school talent show; pictures of you with your band Fate’s Destiny; you and I singing duets at weddings; the congas that were in the basement on Dade St.; the pink cape you wore to your prom. I remember when I moved into my first apartment. You were adamant that your little sister needed to be able to protect herself. You bought me my first tool then took me to the range to make sure I knew how to use it. I’m a car girlie. I remember every car you had. My favorite was the yellow VW bug with the yellow smiley face ball on the top of the antenna; the yellow Trans Am with the large bird on the hood; the black Corvette that you let me take for a spin. OMG, when I ran over that big stick that was in the middle of the road. I was so scared you were gonna yell at me, but you didn’t. Thank you for that! I am so sorry for all Paul’s friends and family for your loss. Paul and Leslie were a blessing to me when they moved into my neighborhood. Paul always was pleasant at neighborhood gatherings. He had the sweetest smile and enjoyed visiting with my little dogs if he happened to be out when I walked by. He liked my Yorkie the best and would smile his smile when he saw him. He will be sorely missed. All who knew Paul are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of my buddy Paul. I worked with Paul for a number of years. He was a very nice guy and he looked out for me on a few occasions. Always liked hearing him sing. I remember setting up the audition for him to join the world-renowned R&B singing group The Delfonics. I had never seen Paul so excited and happy. He will be missed. It reminds me of when you told me right after you auditioned to join the famous singing group "The Delfonics" they ran to you after you finished and said Paul, you sound like a bird, which is another way to say that your voice was perfect, and it was. When we were young teenagers in high school everyday I would see you in the hallway and I would say Paul hit this note, and even though I myself can't sing a lick you would sing with me and we would laugh all day long! Moments like these were true and real testaments on how you made everyone in your presence and those around you happy and filled with joy! Paul, you had the kindest, caring, and giving to others heart on earth, you are waking with the Lord now and it doesn't get any better than that my friend, and just like you have taken care of so many, God will take good care of you Paul, just like you have done for so many for so long!
