Clarence A. Turner, aged 72, of New Kent County, VA, passed away on August 15, 2025. Born on December 6, 1952, in Newport News, VA, he was the cherished son of the late Henrietta (Henny) Perry Turner and James Ervin Turner.

Clarence was a proud graduate of James Blair High School, Class of 1971. His career was marked by dedication and excellence as he became an accomplished electrical contractor and the owner of Cat Enterprises, which he led for 47 years. Notably, Clarence achieved the distinction of being the youngest person to hold a Master’s Electrician License, a testament to his skill and commitment to his craft.

Clarence is survived by his brother, Perry Turner, and his sister, Barbara P. Fulks along with his nieces and nephews. His legacy will be remembered and cherished by friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
