Cathy lived her life with kindness, strength, and a heart that never stopped giving. She loved the mountains, nature, animals, and gardening, always finding peace and beauty in the simple things. She was known for her warmth, her humor, and the way she made everyone around her feel welcomed, supported, and loved. Whether she was cooking, laughing with friends, caring for clients, or dreaming of seeing Iceland one day, Cathy lived with passion and big-hearted love.

Above all, Cathy was a devoted mother and found her greatest joy in her family. She is survived by her four sons, Jason, Tommy, Alex, and Andrew, and her beloved grandchildren, Landen, Kayden, Elijah, and Lucas, who brought her endless pride, smiles, and purpose. She also leaves behind Lindsey Vinzant, who was like the daughter she always wished she had and who held a very special place in her heart.

Cathy leaves behind a legacy of compassion, resilience, and unconditional love that will continue to live on through her children, her grandchildren, her loved ones, and the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered as someone who loved with her whole heart and never stopped giving. Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing she is finally at peace, free from pain, and watching over us.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Family Choice Funerals and Cremations located at 5401 Indian River Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23464. Friends and loved ones are invited to attend and share memories in honor of her beautiful life.
