He lived a quiet, private life and was liked by the people who opened their homes to him over the years.
Thomas was a man who cherished the simple pleasures of life. In his later days, he found comfort being outdoors observing and being a part of nature. His compassionate nature extended to caring for stray cats, providing them with the love and attention they needed. He spent his final days in the care of his stepchildren, Robert and Donna.
Thomas spent the last several years in Denton, Maryland, before moving to Virginia to live with his beloved stepdaughter, Donna Trovato. He is survived by his stepchildren, Donna Trovato and Robert Trovato, as well as his cherished grandchildren: Sadie, Charles, Joseph, Annaliese, and Ellezabeith.
