Michael (Mike) DeWayne Ary, 72, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend died peacefully at his home April 6th, surrounded by his family.  Born December 26, 1953 in Nashville, TN, he was the son of the late Robert and Charlene Ary. He was also predeceased by his sister-in-law Shirley Fremd and brother- in-law Paul Ziegler. He is survived by four children: sons – Michael Ary, Jr. (Amber); Joshua Ary; Dustin Ary (Desiree), and daughter – Kristy Ary (Ricky); 7 grandchildren – Jalen, Alani, Kameron, Charlie, Jaxson, Kylie and Maisie; brother Robert Ary Jr. (Judy); sister Connie Higgins (Jimmy); and 13 nieces and nephews.

A proud veteran, Mike joined the Navy in 1972. His dedication to military aviation spanned over 40 years, during which he lent his expertise to the Naval Air Rework Facility at NAS Norfolk and later the Fleet Readiness Center Mid Atlantic at NAS Oceana.
