To the Patrick Family, my prayers and condolences to you in the passing of Ken Patrick. Ken and I met over 25 years ago when I began my municipal career with the City of Virginia Beach, Department of Development Services Center (DSC). I can remember when we would stop by our office over years for meeting, inquiries about a development plan and sometimes just to say hello. He will be missed by all who knew and especially his family that he loved dearly.
