Noel F. Dudley passed away on December 7^th, 2018. He was predeceased by his parents, Vernon F. and Marjorie W. Dudley, and his brother Wayne W. Dudley. He is survived by his wife Barbara U. Dudley, his daughters Amelia F. Dudley and Elizabeth Dovrat, son-in-law Lior Dovrat, granddaughters Lia and Nofar, and his siblings Judy Sullivan and Lyle Dudley.

Born in Guildford, CT on January 10^th, 1950, Noel’s life was full of both love and adventure, with time spent as a teacher in the Peace Corps, an officer in the US Navy, and with the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Spending time with family, kayaking on the ocean, and gardening were some of Noel’s greatest joys. Noel was an active member of Ohef Sholom Temple, and he also enjoyed his time as a volunteer docent at the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center and as a member of their Stranding Team.

A memorial service will be held at Ohef Sholom Temple on Monday, December 10^th at 12:00pm in the Sinai Chapel. The family will receive guests on Tuesday, December 11^th from 6:30pm-8:30pm at the Bay Club, Mariners Mark Condominiums, Va. Beach, Va. Memorial donations may be made to Ohef Sholom Temple or Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center.
