He was preceded in death by his son, William; mother, Connie Johnson; father, William “Cigar Bill” Morris and grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. John Nuttall.
Billy is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Sheila and his beloved dog, Teenisee. He is also survived by his daughter, Jennifer Ashburn; three grandchildren, Olivia, Ainsley and Dillion; step-daughter, Donna Stickrath (John); step-son, David Ford, Jr. (Tracy) and special friend, Christine; step-grandchildren, Dana, Cheyenne, John boy, Isiah, Meleia, Austin and River; great-grandchildren, Serenity Luckett and Sherry Allen; step-father, Don Johnson; step-mother, Nancy Morris; twin sister, Jackie Lemons, sister, Sheron; brothers, Michael Morris (Angie) and Little Billy; aunt, Linda Bull and best friend, Tony Walker.
A memorial service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday January 5, 2018 at Grace Baptist Church, 1013 Penniman Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185
