Kimichia Ann Dorward passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 20th, 2019 in Virginia Beach, Virginia at the age of 81. She was born in Independence, Kansas on August 21st, 1937 to parents Norris and Juanita Wall. She enjoyed passing the time by watching football with her husband, getting lost in a good western, and shopping and dining out with her family. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 43 years, James Elmer Dorward, her daughters Billie Ann Johnson, Teri Lynn Mallison, Lani Kay Keasey, Bobbi Jean Jackson, Stacey Jean Champagne, twelve grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and her two brothers Gary “Pete” Wall and Tom Torrance. She will be remembered for her strength and love for her family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on March 23rd, 2019 at Diamond Springs Civic League, 5652 Haden Road, Virginia Beach VA 23455 at 1:00 p.m.

Kimichia was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
