He is predeceased by his father and mother Melvin T. Carroll, Sr. and Barbara Randolph, son Travis B. Carroll and, daughter Christina D. Gillikin. He is survived by his son Melvin T. Carroll, III, his girlfriend Lisa Geiger, brother William “Bill” Duke, sisters Tammy Rayburn, Linda Carroll, Pam Thomas, Karen Carr and Roxanne Copley and, his grandchildren Travis Carroll, Jr., Aryahna Lewis Sahr, Naythun Lewis Sahr, Jayson Paul, Juston Paul and Tiahna Paul.
Services will be held at Great Bridge Free Will Baptist Church 700 Mt. Pleasant Road Chesapeake, VA 23322. Date and time to be announced.
