He is survived by his Wife, Bianca Gares, his Mother, Sharon Gares, his Sister, Laura Gares, many loving immediate family members, as well as lots of friends.
He leaves a legacy in the music scene in VA as well as other areas. He was a mentor and friend to many.
There will be a celebration of life Saturday, June 1 at 67th Street oceanfront beginning at 6:08pm. Parking will be available in and around the Edgar Cayce parking lot.
There will also be a Memorial Performance on June 8th at Norfolk Taphouse starting at 8pm. Several bands already scheduled for the Unabombers Anniversary show will be performing.
