Heather Powell, aged 45, passed away peacefully in her home on June 5, 2019. She is survived by her children, Mary Rawls, Steffanie and David Powell and one granddaughter, Ar’Kayla’.
Heather was loving, supportive, caring, and compassionate. She believed in helping those less fortunate and in giving second chances. Heather accepted people for who they were.
