Born September 19, 1926, in Stokes, NC, she was the daughter of the late Quinton and Letha Cherry. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Neal (Bobby) Moye, brothers, William S. Cherry, and Charles Cherry, and great granddaughter Rylee Tugman.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jane Tugman (John), and Neal Moye (Judy); grandchildren, Jackie (Tugman) Parks, Jennifer (Tugman) Like, Jonathan Tugman, and Matthew Moye; great grandchildren, Rebecca Like, JD Like, Jaxson Tugman, Avery Tugman, Madison Tugman, and JJ Parks.
A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 17, 2019, at Heritage United Methodist Church, 815 Baker Road, Virginia Beach, VA. In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions may be made to any dementia organization or a charity of your choice.
