Celebration of life services for Mrs. Georgina ‘Georgie’ Lozada Irizarry, 81, of Williamsburg, will be held at 6 p.m. Friday September 13^th, 2019 at First Simple Church 16401 Chickahominy Bluff Road Williamsburg 23185.

Mrs. Irizarry was suddenly led to heaven by her Savior on Thursday, Aug. 29 at the Hospice House and Support Care of Williamsburg.

She was born April 19^th, 1938 in Puerto Rico, a daughter of the late Juan and Nicolasa Lozada.  She was employed by the Williamsburg Pottery Factory and Busch Gardens for many, many years.  She was a member of St. Bede’s Church and First Simple Church.

Survivors include her loving and faithfully devoted husband, Neftali ‘Neff’ Irizarry; three sons John Irizarry (Patti) of New Jersey, John Luciano of Louisiana, and Neff Irizarry II of Latvia; two daughters Maria Saez of Williamsburg and Gineff Irizarry McKinney (John) of Hampton; Step daughters Estella Irizarry of New York and Ada Rivera of Yorktown; 21 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Friends may call at the church.

The family requests that donations be made to Hospice House and Support Care of Williamsburg instead of flowers.
