Lt Col Louis Proper, USAF (ret) left a message on November 6, 2019:
Edie was such a helping person. In her several jobs with the ACC Services Directorate, she was always willing to help us inept Division Chiefs and action officers. When she and Richard found each other, they both became much better to work with--happiness goes a long way. May she rest in peace, escape the pain of the last several years of fighting a tenacious disease, and hold a light for the rest of us to find the gateway to heaven.
