Norrine was one of the first residents at Victoria Place to actually acknowledge me when I moved in. She was very sweetest ladies and it gave me great pleasure to have known her. Always a smile, always a kind word. I left Rose Hall Apartments to move into Victoria Place, so I had met her brother Jim and his wife while living there. Lovely couple!!! My most sincere Condolences to you both!
