She was an active member of the Community of Christ Church and a very supportive mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sarah Jane and Melvin Hale and her siblings, Mary Bronson and Elmer Hale.
She is survived by her daughter (Sara), and son-in-law, (Mark) her 4 grand-daughters (Tiffany, Brandi, Melissa and Tanya) and her 9 great grandchildren (Tyler, Ashlee, Ethan, Shayne, Jeremy, Elizabeth, Kolten, Daniel and Dylan).
The family is having a private visitation followed by cremation. A formal service will be held at a later date. Cremation Society of Virginia (Chesapeake Office) is handling the arrangements. Online condolences may be offered to the family at vacremationsociety.com.
