Jones and Susie B. Jones. Alma is predeceased by her husband, Forest H. Parham; grandson, Troy Bryant; and brothers Charles and Jack Jones.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda Updegraff of Virginia Beach; stepdaughter, Sarah Wills of Florida; son, Howard G. Wade Jr. of Virginia Beach; stepson, Forest L. Parham of Portsmouth, VA; sister Janie Byrum of Suffolk; grandchildren, Dennis Wade Bryant (Jennifer), Charles McCarthy, Shelley McCarthy; great grandchildren, Jacqueline, Charlie, Matthew, Devin, Dylan, Reese and Mia.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Altmeyer Funeral Home 5033 Rouse Dr. Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
