Amber Lynn Velez, age 39, passed away suddenly on June 8, 2024 in Gloucester County, VA.

Amber is survived by her parents, Linda Stowell and Freddie Velez; daughter, Dani-Isabella Velez; son, Levi Cooke; brother, Michael Fuscia (Cara); nephews, Anthony, Joseph and Santino Fuscia; as well as many loving extended family and friends.

A private memorial service will be held in her honor. In lieu of flowers, donations to the memorial fund may be offered to the family at Amber Lynn Velez Memorial.

Amber, I didn’t know you personally but we met when you came to visit our church in Virginia Beach not too long ago. You were such a beautiful person inside and out. It is so ironic that I was at the scene on the day of your departure and didn’t even know it was you. My heart is heavy but I send my heartfelt condolences to the entire family and just know that God is with you and He will help you in the weeks and months ahead.

Miss Amber…..Been happy times when you would come to Johnnys house. You called him My Johnny, well I’m sure he gave you a big hug. Times we had swimming and so much fun. Those were the days. Miss you and them. Hugs and love.
