Angel Josue Lugo Robles, born in Puerto Rico, passed away on March 1, 2024, in Norfolk, Virginia. He was a graduate of Thomas Armstrong Toro High School in Puerto Rico.

Angel was a devoted son, brother, father, and partner. His life was a testament to his passion for motorcycles, his collection of fine alcohol, and his unwavering commitment to helping others. In 2009, he joined the Navy as an Operations Specialist, and over the course of 15 years, he rose to the rank of Chief Petty Officer, serving with honor and dedication.

Angel’s warm heart and generous spirit touched the lives of all who knew him, especially his beloved father, mother, sisters, son, and girlfriend. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his kindness, strength, and selflessness.

In his memory, let us carry forward his legacy of compassion and service, honoring the impact he had on those around him. Rest in peace, Angel, as your spirit lives on in the hearts of those who loved you.
