Anna May Herzberg, 79, of Williamsburg, Virginia, passed away peacefully at her home on August 13, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 31, 1947, in Binghamton, New York.
Anna is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, John Fredrick Herzberg; her children, Lynett Hughes and husband Robert, and William “Willie” Herzberg and wife Melissa; and her cherished grandchildren Billy, Whitney, Amber, Hunter, Jeffrey, Aryana, and Tiffany; along with 14 great-grandchildren, with one more blessing on the way. As well as numerous neices and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Jonny Herzberg and her siblings Paul, Jim, Ralph, Mason, Neva, Mary, and Barbara.
A woman of deep faith, Anna was a devoted member of Williamsburg Bible Church, formerly known as Colonial Baptist Church, where she enjoyed teaching Sunday school, singing in the choir, and fellowshipping with her church family. She found joy in crocheting, playing Yahtzee, and sharing her talents and warmth with all who knew her.
Anna retired from Farm Fresh after many years of dedicated service. Her kindness, laughter, and love for her family will be remembered always.
