Barbara Ann Lusty, born Barbara Ann Hargrave in Jefferson, Missouri on November 22, 1938, passed away on August 29, 2024.

Barbara was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She had abounding strength and character. She prided herself on maintaining an immaculate home inside and out. All while raising her four children, the oldest of whom with cerebral palsy requiring a lot of care, which she seemingly handled with ease as only a mother could. She taught her kids the meaning of hard work through her daily life. She worked several jobs over the years, waitressing, selling Shaklee products, making country curtains, and working at Virginia Beach Timeshare Sales before retiring. What little free time she had she enjoyed reading and going to the beach.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Lisa, John, Jennifer, and Angie. She will be greatly missed. Barbara passed in her sleep and has gone to be with the Lord and reunite with loved ones.
