Our hearts are full and being human we are selfish! We know you are in paradise now, no pain or problems we as a family shared. We wanted you to stay with us but God had other plans for you. You are with your babies and mom, dad, grandpa and too many to mention. Please know we love you and miss hearing your voice. We will ALL meet with you when our time comes. I keep remembering us have the last Pajama party at your house and playing hide and seek. A memory that makes me smile and sometimes laugh outloud. Love and miss you Billie Rose. Don't worry Ray and the rest of us will keep a check on Denver. One Hell of a man! Rest now and breathe freely sweetie. 💔😥

NAVY WIFE, BEST FRIEND OF 38 YEARS We first met Billi in Pensacola, FL back in 1984. Rich was stationed at NSA Pensacola where he worked with Billi's then husband, Chris Winburn. The first day we met it was like seeing an old friend and we just clicked. Steve was 4 years old and Stephanie was only 2. We lost touch for a bit after we got orders to Charleston, SC in June of 1988.Such a joyous day when I ran into her at the bank on the other side of Summerville, SC. We stuck together from there through the bad times, Hurricane Hugo, Sept. 1989. All the great times we had together after she met Denver Summers in 1888. Trips to Short Stay campgrounds in Moncks Corner, SC and uncountable bbq's at each other's homes over the years. Even after Rich retired from the Navy in June 1997 the friendship continued to flourish. We have made trips to see them in Virginia Beach and they have been here to NY .We will treasure each and every memory of the love and friendship we had over 38 years. Gone but never forgotten...
