Brenda Gail McIntosh, 72, passed away on September 24, 2021.  She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Samuel McIntosh, and her children, Timothy McIntosh (wife Jennifer) and Jacquelyn McIntosh.  Brenda adored her grandchildren: Mason McIntosh, Nate McIntosh, Seth Lindquist, and Madision Lindquist.  She is also survived by her brother, David Wade; sisters, Janice Nosay and Carolyn Moe; and many nieces and nephews.

Brenda was also a mother and grandmother to so many others – once she loved you, you were family. She truly had the biggest heart and welcomed everyone with open arms. Brenda always put everyone before herself and lived to make others happy.

Although retired, Brenda was a dedicated employee at CHKD for many years and worked closely with Dr. St Clair.  She was known as a jokester and she always kept her family, friends and co-workers laughing.  She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday October 16, 2021 from 2 PM – 5 PM at 3017 Mayview Place in Virginia Beach.
