Hello, my sweet friend. I have tried, but I cannot wrap my mind around the fact that you are no longer here among us. I want you to know that being your friend and living next-door to you, raising our boys together and just being part of your life, was one of the happiest and most meaningful periods in my life. I learned so much from you about love, the joy of giving, and the simple joy that many of us overlook in every day life. Thank you for this. You live in my heart Cheryl and I will love you forever. I miss you. The more time goes by, The more I think about you and how lucky I was to have you not only as my next-door neighbor, but it is someone who understood almost every facet of me. You were and always will be the closest thing I have ever had to sister. Thank you for everything you did For me for Jason and of course for Forrest. You carried me through some of the hardest times of my life, Cheryl. I miss you and I know I will see you again and we can sit out on the porch and talk about our boys and what wonderful young men we raised. I love you every day.

Sad news. Prayers for friends and family to get through the pain. Didn’t know Cheryl very well, but remember her energy, smile, humor and love.
