Newport News- Christine L. Adkinson, 48, passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, October 06, 2021. She was born in Virginia on September 29, 1973. Christine loved to cook and have family over. She was a very affectionate person and will be missed by all who knew her.

Christine was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Sateren and mother, Thelma Frances Sateren.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Frank Adkinson; two daughters, Victoria and Brooke  Engbersen; one granddaughter (due January 13, 2022); step-mother Deborah Sateren; siblings, Tim Fisher, Rita Seidnitzer (Jay) and Lee Sateren (Selene); two sisters-in-law, Grace and Priscilla Adkinson; two brothers-in-law, Frank B. Coles and Howard Adkinson and numerous nieces and nephews.

Her husband, Frank will never forget her as she was very loving and caring.

Service will be private for the family.

Cremation Society of Virginia-Newport News assisted the family.
