I did not see Cliff often but my memory of him was that he always had a smile on his face and a happy go lucky attitude. You will be missed. Our thoughts are with all of the family. XOXO

I moved in next door to Cliff when I was in second grade. That was 50+ years ago. I lived next door to him for about 20 years. He was the best neighbor from the beginning. Coming from a broken family, he was one of the rocks in my life. As a young teen he would take me out on the boat to go fishing anytime I wanted to go. He said, "you better be up and ready to go at 5 a.m. or you're not going". He was true to his word. I don't think I ever missed a planned fishing trip with him. Some of the best times of my life. Great memories. It was nice going out and forgetting about everything else in the world for a while. When I was 18 or 19, I went on my first week long vacation ever with Cliff and family to the beautiful mountains of N.C. Maggie Valley and Cherokee area. It was a blast. Condolences to the family. He used to say he worked at the peanut butter factory. I could not ever wrap my head around what you do at a peanut butter factory. Lol. To the family; May the Lord be with you and comfort you during this time. Hope to see you soon. Billy Smith
