David Michael Osborn, 60, passed away November 4, 2022 in Norfolk, Virginia. He was born February 19, 1962 in Waverly, Pennsylvania to the late Edward Osborn and Beverly Keene.

David served his country proudly and retired from the United States Navy. He went on to be a bus driver for ODU. In his spare time, he enjoyed working and riding his Harley Davidson, being outdoors, wood working, yard work, and working on helicopters.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Patrick (Bradleigh) and Amanda Osborn and her fiancé, Dave Ludwig; three grandchildren: Emberly Nagle, Margaret Hinton, Eastyn Osborn; partner, Alicia Martin, and her daughter, Christina Martin; former wife and good friend, Pamela Bennett; and many step-siblings, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

A celebration of David’s life will be held at the family home on November 12, 2022 from 12-3.  All are welcome to attend. Please reach out to Patrick at 757-646-8401 for more information.
