Deborah Lynn Boyce passed away Sunday January 10th, 2021 in Virginia Beach, Virginia surrounded by her loving family. Deborah was born January 6th, 1958 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Deborah later moved to Norfolk, Virginia where she met Cecil Boyce in high school. Deborah and Cecil got married in Norfolk, Virginia and were together for 49 years. Deborah and Cecil had one daughter Stephanie Boyce and her family and friends meant everything to her. She worked extremely hard for a good life for her child and husband. Deborah worked for the government as a computer analyst over 30 years and retired at the age of 55. In her spare time, she loved attending concerts, gardening, playing solitaire and sunbathing. Concerts and music was her passion in life, Dave Matthews Band was her favorite group and she has traveled the United States to see them perform. She has attended over 40 Dave Matthews concerts in her lifetime as well as being a huge fan of Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks, hence her daughters name Stephanie Nicole named after Stevie Nicks.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband Cecil Boyce; one daughter Stephanie Boyce; her sister Cinda Haugh; and her two brothers Robert and Michael Ballard and a host of loving family and friends.
