Emma was a native of Lynchburg, Virginia. She married Maurice James (Mack) Allen, who died in 1996 while living in Richmond. Emma remained in Richmond until 2002 when she moved to Westminster Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay in Virginia Beach. in 2004 she married Ramon Patrick Deans of Virginia Beach. She was loving and loved by family and friends. Survivors include: her husband; her daughter Janet Allen Paulovich and husband Michael John Paulovich; her son Daniel Christian Allen and wife Betsey Ford Allen; and grandchildren Mark Allen Paulovich and Stephanie Marie Paulovich. Funeral dates to be announced.
