So sorry read about Frances. My husband Chick Barnett worked with Bob at Otis Eng. We lived next door to each other. I drink coffee with her every morning. Loved her. Wished I knew at the time of her passing. Loved Mary. So sorry.

Hi. I just realized that Francis passed away. I had some surgeries last year, and my dad passed away. I saw where her birthday was coming up. I am so very sorry for your loss. I cleaned for your mom, took her to appointments, ran errands etc during the years 2007 - 2011. I loved your mom. I heard so much about all of you!!! God bless you all!!!

We have so many great memories of Ms. Frances! She took joy in every accomplishment in our family just as if we were part of her family. And she loved her kids and grandkids more than anything! She was so proud of them all and with every visit she would give a very proud, unprompted update on each one. She could always make us laugh and no one could get more out of the word,”anyway.” We want to extend our deepest condolences to the whole family. We pray that God will give you peace and strength as you mourn and celebrate the beautiful life of Ms. France. We love you! Steve & Margie Willis
