Harry wore many faces during his life. Most didn't know he was a graduate of Brown University and served as a naval officer.
He was also a devoted friend to a US Marine - my uncle Jerry, who passed away in July of 2018.
If someone needed help, Harry would provide it. This streak of kindness, sometimes hidden behind a gruff exterior, was always present.
Our family thanks you Harry. Rest now.

Harry "Hornet" Whiton was an awesome person, very caring, generous, strong willed, and more than anything he was a Friend to all who knew him. Jerry and you have a swig for me. Miss you guys.
