James Paul Kasprzak, born on January 28, 1965, in Okinawa, Japan, passed away on November 18, 2025, in Norfolk, Virginia, at the age of 60.

James dedicated his professional life to his work as an HVAC Technician with American Mechanical, where he was known for his hard work and commitment.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Akiko Kasprzak, and his son, Robert Kasprzak.

James is survived by his beloved wife, Donna Kasprzak; father, Joseph Kasprzak; children, Ryan Kasprzak, Rodney Kasprzak, and Holly Slaughter. He leaves behind a legacy of love in his grandchildren: Isiah, Ryan Jr., Nevaeh, Anniah, Julius, Lillian, Rodney Jr., and Robert. James is also survived by his sisters, Teana Loncar and Mary Brennan, who will cherish his memory.

Private services will be held to honor James’s life. The family kindly invites those who knew and loved James to post their fondest condolences on the Cremation Society of Virginia website.
