He was preceded in death by his parents, James Sr. and Sarah Ann Thomas, his son, Timothy Thomas, his brothers Jimmy and Carey Thomas, Glenn Bess and sister Gracie Thomas. His memory lives on through his beloved children, Shirleen Thomas, Anthony Lee Thomas (Sharon Green), Bernita Ann Thomas, and Joanne Thomas, as well as his brother, Lawrence and his wife Lucille Thomas. 10 Grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
